Soheil Zibod

PHD STUDENT

Soheil Zibod was born in Esfahan, Iran. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Tehran (2016). In 2017, he was admitted to the master’s program at the University of Ottawa and initially worked on the optical communication. In 2019, he joined the Nonlinear Photonics group and at the same time, started his Ph.D. studies under the supervision of Prof. Dolgaleva. His focus is on the exploring the nonlinearities in different materials and composite materials in THz region.
